Unfortunately we can only amend orders for custom-made items within 24 hours of the order being placed as manufacturing commences immediately. If you have ordered a product with standard specifications, we practice a 14-day cancellation policy. This falls in line with the Swedish Distance and Doorstep Sales Act (Distans och Hemförsäljningslagen).
Make sure your e-mail address specified is accurate as this is the most common cause of a missing order confirmation. Your SPAM filter may also be blocking the e-mail and so should be set to accept Plus Function mails.
We commit to delivering our products to countries where customs and other regulatory issues affecting the delivery process are manageable. These countries are at present all of the EU and EFTA countries, USA, Canada, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Brunei, Australia, New Zealand, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and UAE.

We are unable to deliver to islands or any location that does not have a reasonable road infrastructure.
