1. Purchasing

Our web shop accepts credit card payments. Our payment service provider is DIBS, which is the Scandinavian industry leader of payment services for Internet related commerce. All information relating to your payment is SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encrypted and your bank details are neither registered nor stored at Plus Function.

Your contract of purchase is initiated once you have completed the payment function at our web shop. Your payment is immediately deducted from your credit card account once the order has been placed. An order confirmation is then automatically delivered via e-mail through our database. Plus Function will process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. If you have any enquires or require special arrangements, please contact us via e-mail or telephone.

You must be at least 18 years old to complete purchases at Plus Function.

We deliver world wide, but not to all countries. Please refer to the list under heading “Freight” to find out where. We are unable to deliver to islands or any location that does not have a reasonable road infrastructure.

We reserve the right to alter faulty price listings in arrears. If such alterations are not to your satisfaction, you are of course at liberty to cancel your order without extra cost.

We reserve our right to disclaim factual inaccuracies and photographic material visually not always representing true colour and form factors of our products.

2. Price & Payment

All prices are listed in SEK (Swedish Kronor) and inclusive of the 25% VAT for all countries within EU and EFTA. Sales to countries outside of EU and EFTA are exempt from EU VAT. There are no additional fees or charges to the prices quoted on purchase.

Methods of payment:

Credit Card Payment
Through our web shop, we accept Visa and MasterCard (please ensure that your bank has approved your credit card for online shopping). If you choose this form of payment, you will be linked to the payment page subsequent to having confirmed your order in the third step of the checkout procedure. Here you will need to provide the card number, expiry date and CVC code. The CVC code is comprised of the 3 last digits in the signature field on the back of the card.

We use 3D Secure, which is a security standard developed by Visa and MasterCard specifically for Internet payments.

The transmission of the payment details utilises SSL encryption, ensuring that no third party will have access to your details.

Invoice (corporates in Sweden only)
We will complete invoice sales to corporate clients subsequent to a credit check. We cannot process such orders online and you will need to call or e-mail us for this service. Plus Function reserves title to all merchandise until payment has been completed in full.


3. Freight

Plus Function practises regionalised freight fees irrespective of quantities traded.

For Swedish Residents

You are welcome to collect your product on completion at our Vällingby/Stockholm premises and are also welcome to tour our production facility, if so inclined. Pick-ups are normally restricted to weekdays between 10:00-17:00.


4. Shipping and Delivery Terms

Shipping Times

In most cases, our products are only manufactured subsequent to an order being placed. Under normal conditions, delivery takes 3-4 weeks within Scandinavia, 4-5 for the EU and North America, and 5-6 weeks for other regions. You will be provided with a schedule for delivery a few days after your order being placed. If there are any deviations to this schedule, we will notify you via e-mail as soon as we are aware of such instances.

Please observe that the specified time of delivery is preliminary and anticipated. You will receive an update from the relevant carrier and be notified of an exact delivery time of delivery.

Method of Delivery

We employ independent parties and freight forwarders for our logistic needs, who expedite us in finding the fastest and most cost effective method for delivery. Once the product has been sent, we will notify you which carrier will deliver your order.

Delivery is normally door-to-door on weekdays, but in some countries/regions to a local collection point due to customs regulations, and while contracts stipulate delivery at the door, most carriers will deliver within a house or an office for a small additional surcharge, to be agreed in advance between client and carrier. The carrier should contact you to book delivery, which should be specified to a certain interval. Please note that the recipient is often not able to significantly affect the intervals for delivery as these are often associated with carrier logistics and follow fixed routes in the pertaining region.

Freight Liability

We assume liability for goods lost or damaged while in transit to the client, while client is assumed liable for return goods.

Customs

For deliveries outside of EU/EFTA (Europe) jurisdiction the client is resposible for any customs and VAT liabilities.

Damaged or lost goods

Please check received goods on delivery to ensure there are no external damages. To be able to claim indemnities on externally damaged goods, those damages must be noted on the carrier’s consignment note at the time of delivery. If you were to discover hidden damages subsequent to opening the packaging, please contact us direct at info@plusfunction.com.

Remember to retain the packaging for any reclamation to be handled appropriately.

A lost delivery must be reported immediately to Plus Function.

If a product is not delivered, damaged or defective, we are of course entirely at your disposal and willing to solve the issue entirely on our account.


5. Returns

We practice a 14-day returns policy in accordance with the Swedish Distance and Doorstep Sales Act (Distans- och Hemförsäljningslagen). We will refund the entire purchase price in case of any returns, but the client will bear the cost and liability of return shipment.

Such returned merchandise must be in prime condition in the original packaging; that is unused and undamaged. The refund will be enacted via the same method of payment once we have received and approved your returned goods. Normally this process would be complete within 10 working days, but under no circumstance more than 30 days.

It is important you notify us via e-mail or telephone before returning a product.

Our returns policy does not apply if your goods are in any way customized for you, such as colour or materials.

Please observe that the returns policy does not apply to corporate clients.

Procedure for returns:
Return the merchandise in the original packaging to us within 14 days of receipt. Remember that you are liable for damage or loss while in transit. We would recommend that you therefore insure the goods; especially if the items are valuable.

Please ensure the goods are packed appropriately. We would suggest using the original packaging as well as an external wrapping solution.


6. Redress and reclamation

Plus Function applies Swedish reclamation rights in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Rights Act, meaning the buyer has a three year reclamation right subsequent to receipt. This right is forfeit if the fault has occurred due to natural wear and tear, negligence or misuse. It is equally forfeit if the good has been used for other purposes than what it was built for, if it has been altered or modified, or if installation and assembly is flawed.

On receipt of your claim, we will contact you to solve the problem. On any return of an accepted reclamation, we are, of course, liable for the cost of return shipping.


7. Secrecy & Security

Plus Function accepts responsibility for all customer details that are submitted through the purchase process, such as name, address, and e-mail. All of these details are used exclusively within our corporate data system and are handled in accordance with the Swedish Personal Data Act (Svenska Personuppgiftslagen)

Personal information will be retained with the sole purpose of fulfilling our obligations to the client, to provide a quality service and to follow up the purchase in order to optimise customer satisfaction.

When visiting www.plusfunction.com, session cookies are stored on your computer. These are used to save your settings relating to the website and the merchandise in your Shopping Cart. If your web browser has disabled cookies, you will not be able to complete a purchase, although you can still browse our website. If you do not wish to activate the cookie function on your browser, please contact us and we can consider alternative arrangements.


8. Dispute

Should you have any complaints, we would like you to contact us via e-mail or telephone so that we can rectify the issue as best we can. If we are still not able to satisfy your grievance in this instance, we adhere to the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN).
